Mott Macdonald are now ahead of competitors where Goole for Jobs is live, and pre-optimised for every future territory as Google rolls out worldwide. We are on track to improve Mott’s direct sourcing capability via Google by a third in 2018/19.
Virgin Media’s optimization provided a different challenge, as their careers site was built by a third party, and used an uncommon ATS system.
Using our vast experience of working with stakeholders and third-party suppliers meant not only was Virgin Media’s job posting compatible with Google for jobs, but was certified as compatible by Googles own testing tools a full three months before Google for jobs launched in the UK.
